Upon graduation from Florida State University College of Law, Mr. Waters accepted a position with the firm of Parker, Skelding, Labasky P.A. in Tallahassee, Florida. In this position Mr. Waters gained extensive litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts throughout Florida the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Mr. Waters subsequently joined in the formation of the firm of Jolly, Peterson & Waters, P.A. From 1991 through 1999, Mr. Waters represented clients in broad range of capacities including litigation and in administrative proceedings before various local and state licensing and regulatory boards. In 2003, Mr. Waters opened his own private practice and today practices in the firm of Waters and Associates, P.A.
Mr. Waters, a Tallahassee attorney is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi Million Dollar Advocates Forum a designation reserved for the top trial lawyers in America.

Tracee L. Ivins

Tracee L. Ivins practices in the areas of family law, personal injury and general and civil litigation. She received her B.S. in Sociology from Florida State University and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University. While attending Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Ivins assisted in the compilation of a website that documented the infamous Florida right-to-die case involving Theresa M. Schiavo.
Prior to attending law school, she worked for the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, as a certified child protective investigator, in the Miami area. Ms. Ivins has an in depth knowledge of the child welfare system and is experienced in investigating and handling child welfare related matters.
